To ensure product safety and prevent returned items from re-entering our inventory, we do not accept returns unless deemed faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
All our products are securely sealed post-manufacturing. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us for a replacement. If the product you received is damaged or does not match its description (as provided on the label or packaging), we are required by U.S. law to provide a remedy.
To request a refund or replacement for a product that fails to meet the quality standards described above, please contact us at returns@skinpothecary.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges: We don’t accept exchanges but may offer a replacement if a faulty or damaged product is received. The product will be replaced with the same item only. If the product is no longer available, a refund will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed and received.

Skinpothecary is not liable for lost or stolen packages that show delivery confirmation to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier for lost or damaged packages.

No refund for change of mind. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If you have purchased a product from any other seller, it is considered counterfeit or unauthorized. We cannot take any financial or legal responsibility for such products, and they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under this policy. Please ensure your purchases are made through authorized Skinpothecary channels to guarantee product authenticity and support.

We do not provide refunds if a product does not suit an individual's skin or if it is not effective for personal use. As our products are not customized treatments, we cannot account for individual allergies or sensitivities. Results may vary.
