How to Use

  1. Scoop the recommended dose of granules into a mug using the included spoon or a measuring spoon.

  2. Pour one cup of boiling water over the granules and stir until fully dissolved.

  3. Drink warm, not hot, 2-3 times daily.

  4. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.

Dosage Guide

  • Adults (18+): 2 teaspoons (9g), 2-3 times daily.
  • Ages 12-17: 1 teaspoon (4.5g), 2-3 times daily.
  • Ages 5-11: ½ teaspoon (2.2g), 2-3 times daily.

How Long It Takes for Results

When taking the recommended daily dose, most people begin to see and feel changes within 2-4 weeks, with results improving over time. For optimal skin health, we recommend committing to a 6-month regimen. Results may vary. Everyone’s skin is unique; while some may experience rapid results, others may see changes unfold over time.

Potential Side Effects

As with any nutritional supplement, Skinpothecary products may cause side effects, though these are uncommon. Reported side effects can include gas, bloating, nausea, and loose or frequent bowel movements, as well as a temporary increase in eczema symptoms, which are typically mild and short-lived.  In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur or increased liver enzymes.
